Education with Specialization:BE – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering Experience:3 to 6 years Roles and Responsibilities:•
Technical support for frontlines & field service technicians

• Material identification and replacement suggestions (Material functionality, Quality validation and Safety analysis)
• Strong knowledge on Supply Chain Management & Master Data Management & Material Management Process
• Technically Strong knowledge on Commercial Mechanical, Electrical & Electrifications Products
• Reduce technical complexity for easy material identification
• Request For Quotations (RFQ) processing
• Supplier suggestions for sourcing on technically challenging materials
• Updating material master and enriching with technical information in PDM and SAP
• Technical studies on quality feedback and warranty claims
• Handle Engineering Change requests (CR’s/ECN)
• Knowledge on Adobe Tool & Technical Document Writing
• Digital catalogues – Product based spare part catalogue’s creation
• PSR Kits – Service Repair packages offering with digital solutions
• AR manuals – Component based spare part manuals creation
• AM instructions – Manage installation / maintenance instructions PDM
• Work assigned by the Team leader / Manager

Required Technical Skill Set:General

• Excellent knowledge on SAP codes to related transitional domain
• Working basics on O365
• Good command in English language

Technical

• Process knowledge on Product Data Management (PDM) / Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Basic hands-on experience with designing and modelling tools (2D/3D)

Behavioral

• Handle critical incidents and alerts by being flexible and adoptable
• Ability to work independently and take decisions when needed
