Your Role and Responsibilities

Application Developer (Automation), who will manage business processes and deliver the client requirements leading/coordinating with various applications team leads. He will own end to end process of the opportunities of automation and has to do all documentations for every development and implementation.

Responsibilities :

• Identifying and evaluating opportunities for implementing automation to improve productivity and quality

• Designing, developing and implementing Dynamic Automation / Robotic Process Automation to support Business processes automation

• Assist and support other team members working closely to identify cases that should be automated

• Ability to work independently and proactively drive to deadline.

• Documenting all initiatives and processes designed for easy training, handover.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in programming with Hands on in scripting language Python, Shell scripting & Ansible

• Experience in working with Business & IT process Automation

• Basic knowledge on subsystems eg WAS / Apache tomcat, Databases

• An understanding of workflow-based logic; ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram or procedural documentation.

• Hands on & experience in writing automation scripts using JAR, RESTful APIs & SQLs

• Good Communication Skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience in Using and Developing jar Files.

• Knowledge or experience in automation tools like selenium or tools like Ansible

• Experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications. Client and vendor engagement.

• Acting as a trainer to provide KT to team members.

• Publish all the prescribed reports/dashboards as per the defined time lines.

• Ensuring to adhere the 100% compliance as per policy.
