Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical Expert, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Responsibilities:

• Support and Maintain ITM6 and Netcool monitoring environment

• Create/support scripts for the deployment and checking of monitoring in cloud ITM6 environment

• Produce and implement monitoring designs for new projects including custom monitoring scripts/agents

• Produce custom monitoring solutions for new Applications being introduced

• Produce default monitoring standards for new Platforms/Hardware/Software

• Creating of build scripts for new agents

• Scripting skills like Perl

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Perl scripting: SME

XML/JSON: SME

ITM6 and associated ITM6 Agents e.g. Datapower, MS Exchange, DB2, VMWARE: SME

ITM6 Agent Builder: SME

Netcool: SME

Bluecare: SME

SNMP: SME

SQL: SME

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Net IQ: basic knowledge of monitoring

Tivoli Data Warehouse: SME

AIX/Linux: Detailed knowledge

Windows: Detailed knowledge

RBA Tool: Detailed knowledge

GIT Source Control: Detailed knowledge

Change/Incident Management: Average knowledge

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education Master’s Degree
