Labcorp Hiring for Configuration Manager (Clinical trial/Clinical Data) at Navi Mumbai, India Full Time

The Configuration Manager has responsibility for oversight relating to execution of data integration, standard and custom mapping and study specific application configuration. The Manager collaborates with the study team and study configuration team to oversee, report and support delivery of study specific configurations within the Xcellerate application suite.

They are responsible for overseeing accurate and timely study configuration deployment, study configuration change management and data refreshes for Xcellerate. They provide oversight and guidance to the configuration team in relation to prioritization of workload and acts as a key person for escalation management. They will also provide oversight of ongoing performance relating to study configuration activity and may be responsible for line management and development of junior staff.

The Configuration Manager requires a detailed working knowledge of drug development and clinical trials including an operational understanding relating to CRO deliverables across functional areas. They should have a minimum of five years’ experience within clinical trial conduct with a minimum of three years delivering a lead role relating to study management.

They should also have a thorough understanding of clinical data and associated workflow and have an awareness of programming (e.g. clinical data structures, mapping and application configuration).
