Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally
- Preparation / review of specification.
- Preparation of MR, Scope matrix
- Technical queries and BID evaluation on Vendor offer.
- Proficiency in international codes like ASHARE, BS etc.
- Sound knowledge of various equipment and system.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC / refrigeration cycle system.
- Vendor document review
- Interface with other discipline (FDs).
- Resolution to site queries.
- Participation in various review (design review / Value engineering workshop)
- Issue of internal deliverable (electrical & civil load list etc.)
Relationships Management* Internal External
- Interface with other functional Discipline (FDs).
- Issue of internal deliverable (electrical & civil load list etc.)
- Provide technical response to other Functional Departments.
- Interface with EPC contractors, client, project management consultants (PMC) and suppliers.
Key Result Areas*
- Heat Load calculation and equipment selection.
- HVAC Requisition
- Technical queries on vendor offers & technical bid evaluation
- Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Scope Matrix.
- Duct line / Airflow drawing / Schematic.
- Preliminary equipment layout.
