Experienced with a wide range of software and hardware diagnostic tools. Demonstrates knowledge of network components, relationships and configuration. Must be able to resolve network incidents, identify the root cause of network errors, and work to prevent recurrence. Must have a strong grasp of computer security. Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication skills required.
