1. Petty Cash Handling, Cross-Check the Daily entries in the System along with the various modes of Payment in Tally,

2. Handling Conveyance, Mobile, Telephone bill & Electricity, Also cross-check the JV & payment entries in tally

3. Vendor Payments (Checking of Bills, Passing of JV & payment online or by cheque)

4. Revenue Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation & Processing Payment with Various modes of Payment.

5. Daily report Co-Ordination Regarding deposit slips & card settlement reports

6. Checking Refund Procedure & Medicine Dispatch Report Manually & Match with & PSS Report

7. check NOC obtained for Foreign Patients

8. Preparation of Working for Audit-Related tasks

9. check working of Incentive & Salary details / PT / PF / MLWF & TDS working etc.

10. Investment Documents submitted by employees (For CA Inter Qualified Staff)

11. PTRC Returns / GST Returns

12. ECS Procedure (For Utility bill payments – Direct Debit from Bank Account)

13. Credit Card Statement Entries to update in PSS
