Summary
The Lead Workflow & Systems – OM&MD will be part of the Workflow & Systems team. Key focus is to provide support and stewardship to Order Management & Master Data (part of Customer Operations) workflow changes and enhancements while partnering with the business and technology teams. In this role, you would be responsible for assessing business change proposals and where appropriate, delivering the associated projects & enhancements, and for supporting the strategic transformation project. You would also act as a subject matter expert and coordinate across group to manage requirement documentation, refinement, prioritization, solution design, change management, migration, implementation and post implementation support to deliver outcomes.
Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Supports new requirement and enhancement of tools and processes on strategic projects aligned to Order Management and Master Data (OM&MD). Support operations gather, review, prioritize and quantify benefits associated with requirements.
• Suggests process improvement following investigative, analytic or diagnostic services
• Supports migration & complex project launches across customer operations through strong collaborative relationships across matrixed functions i.e. SAM, Wealth and other teams outside Customer Operations
• Drive Automations, Simplifications within Operations and challenge the status quo
• Provide stewardship & governance for multiple core processes and tools of OM&MD
• Provides expert guidance on future product, functionality and process design based on their subject matter expertise to stakeholders
• Recognizes and implements integrated and innovative process solutions for our internal and external customers
• Defines and documents processes while working with multiple teams.
• Work with OM&MD team to support development of technical document, knowledge sharing on enhancement and changes being delivered from through transformation project
• Develop specifications and test plans associated with system development or modification. Support testing of new or modified systems
• Advise and support technical group in systems development
• Refines requirements (user stories) so they are readily consumable by software Engineers
• Provide communications link between user and technical group
• Prepare reports and other documentation related to system assignments
• Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex system issues
• Owns end-to-end quality strategy for group of closely aligned product(s)
• Develops test cases designed to validate functional and non-functional system requirements
• Executes / facilitates execution of test scripts based on test cases
• Works in testing tools or frameworks to create automated testing suites for one or more systems
• Uses data to drive decisions and sign off solutions
• Applies a high-level understanding of each product’s system architecture and the technologies used to move / modify data in them (e.g., queues / messaging services, webservices, APIs, databases)
• Assists Engineers in debugging / troubleshooting issues involving data or the accuracy of data, in day-to-day work and production support scenarios
• Contributes to refinement of SDLC-related tools, standards, and training

Skills & Knowledge

• Subject matter expert on multiple process aligned to OM&MD. Excellent ability to learn new process provide support.
• Working knowledge on some of the tools and process outside of Customer Operations i.e. SAM, Wealth, Legal etc.
• Experience in product migration and launches
• Specific domain knowledge on key tools supported by OM&MD team and key workflows – Genesis and Siebel
• Experienced in driving initiatives which require collaboration and negotiation skills
• Proven problem-solving approach and ability to think creatively as well as logically
• Collaborates well within the team and with other stakeholders. Comfortable in challenging the status quo and pushing back where appropriate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak about and visualize sophisticated issues in a succinct language
• Ability to communicate and train team at different level to transition knowledge and learning
• Passionate about delivering outstanding solution with customer focus which driving internal efficiency
• Experience with system analysis and enhancement
• Experience in UAT and process documentation
• Advanced verbal / written communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to leverage data to tell a meaningful story
• Ability to break down complex problems into components and reassemble them to improve efficiency and effectiveness
