Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Tractor Product & Field Application (RWUP) Knowledge
• Technical Specification of Product – Understanding and Basic Knowledge
• Aggregate knowledge (Hydraulics, Transmission, Engine etc.)
• Knowledge of Test Standards & Vehicle testing & Could Relate Results + Testing Requirements
• Knowledge of planning and execution of job orders/tests based on priorities.
• Knowledge of Troubleshooting, Failure identification during tear down & Root Cause Analysis
• Able to produce Quality Reports with detailed analysis & observations
• Knowledge of Instrumented Data Acquisition & Data Interpretation
• Knowledge of QC Tools & Application in test results analysis
• Knowledge of Tractor Electric System & Working Principles
• Knowledge on New Technologies – Trem V, Electrification of tractor systems, etc.
• Knowledge of lab performances (aggregate level) e.g. PTO, engine performance etc.
• Understanding of DVP (Need / Usage / Creation / Revision etc.)
• Meet targets at product validation in different test locations.
• Understand design changes and develop test plan and conclude the report with recommendation after complete validation.
• Identify the application based on the region/country specific and develop revised test SOPs to validate new product.
• Benchmarking with competition of various stage of validation.

Experience

8 -10 years for Diploma and 4 – 5 Years for Graduate and 2 -3 years for Post Graduate full time.
