Senior Specialist, Product Management
Overview
The Cross-Border Services Global Product team is looking for a Senior Analyst who will manage long-term and short-term strategic initiatives using innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about product management, communication, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
• Assist the Product Management team with key tasks including but not limited to preparing presentation, market research, participation in internal and external meetings and corresponding follow-up materials.
• Articulate and quantify market problems and defines opportunities leveraging our inherent capabilities and competence.
• Development, management, and dissemination of structured collateral materials communicating product capabilities.
• Collaborates frequently with internal stakeholders to align on key deliverables.
• Partner with Product Owners to quantify and elaborate business requirements and ensure what is delivered meets the Product needs and requirements.
• Monitors achievement of corporate key performance indicators (KPIs) and defines KPIs for their area of responsibility.
• Performs specific and time-boxed tasks in support of business goals to deliver new or manage existing products/processes.
All About You
• Exposure to collecting and/or working with data including standardizing, summarizing, offering initial observations and highlighting inconsistencies
• Understanding of the product management lifecycle, with API-based products and solutions be a plus.
• Ability to organize and capture product and process details, communicate information, set, and conduct meetings, and engage with internal partners.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, and ability to think strategically and translate concepts into clear, actionable strategies and tactics.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, productive, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders over cross-functional teams from multiple countries.
• An understanding of Cross-Border payment flow, SWIFT formats, FX management and compliance is a plus.
