Masters India IT Solutions is a part of 44 year old Masters India group which is into Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality and IT with an aggregate turnover of INR 1000+ Crores.

We are looking for a GST Expert to manage incoming client queries, solving client issues regarding GST. They will be able to guide the customer on matters relating to GST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advice and support clients on GST Matters.

• Should be able to do support and file the returns for the customers.

• Attend and resolve customer queries regarding GST and Reconciliation Matters.

• Filing of GST Returns i.e GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and annual returns for enterprise customers.

• Should be able to train customers on our GST Product.

• Should be able to look after the Reconciliation process (Purchase vs 2A)

• Should onboard enterprise customers for solutions delivered by Masters India

• Should act as a Project Coordinator for integration projects undertaken for enterprise customers.

• Maintain highest standards of customer support to be provided

• Follow up for resolution with DEV/QA team on the issues raised by the customer.

• Continuous customer success approach with zero attrition to be ensured

• Should be to provide Reconciliation results to the clients.

• Capable enough to Resolve queries for other product functionalities as well like E-invoice and EWB

Required Skills:

• Graduate or post graduate preferably in commerce background

• Should have highly developed all round interpersonal skills.

• Should have impeccable communication skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent excel skills

• Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude
