McKinsey & Company Hiring for Product Manager at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time

You will be based in our Gurgaon office as part of Tech Ecosystem.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful change by tackling complex challenges faced by McKinsey colleagues through cutting-edge technology solutions. Positioned at the intersection of the Product Management capability and the Firm Economics group, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across McKinsey’s global technology hubs, including Gurgaon, Bangalore, Atlanta, Boston, New York, and Prague, to deliver transformative, high-value solutions that shape the firm’s success.

Your Impact

In this role as a Product Manager, you will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective solutions within the reporting ecosystem, and guide product releases from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely delivery.

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of business requirements by breaking them into actionable tasks for technical teams, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and execution.

You will be involved in multiple product releases, mitigate risks, manage escalations, and ensure successful and timely delivery. You will facilitate solution design sessions and oversee service transitions to ensure seamless execution. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate profound knowledge in data classification, AWS, and SAP BTP platforms while successfully managing a team of AWS and SAP engineers to optimize cloud performance, reduce expenses, and ensure compliance with security best practices. You will be involved in data integration processes to enable seamless data flow across systems. You will support inbound and outbound interfaces to and from SAP BTP using tools like AWS Glue, troubleshoot issues, and set up jobs as needed.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BTech/BE); master’s degree in business administration (MBA), or in computer applications (MCA).
• 10+ years of experience in SAP BTP and AWS, with a strong focus on enterprise-grade solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully leading at least three large-scale SAP BTP or AWS implementations.
• Extensive experience in SAP projects, serving as a leader, team manager, subject matter expert, and technologist.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering consulting engagements and managing AMS (Application Management Services) projects within SAP environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP BTP, AWS Glue, and data integration processes, with a strong understanding of modern technologies and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
• Experience in leading large, diverse teams across geographies in a global delivery model.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
