Admission Counsellor

We are looking for admission Counsellor, fresher/ experience, female, willing to contribute to the benefit of organization as well as for their growth.

Salary – 8,000 – 15,000

Role: Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through consultation and counselling.

What will you be doing?

• Carrying weekly enrolment/ revenue and collection target.

• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes, making phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.

• Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality

• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers

• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel) is preferable.

• Weekly revenue targets to be met and over achieved.

Timings : 10:00 am – 7:00 pm 6 days working (1 days rotational week off)
