1. Handled documentation of borrowings above Rs. 1000 Crore. FC borrowing exposure preferred.
2. Managing relationships with 5 or more banks.
3. Expertise in handling export – import transactions, including services and expert knowledge of compliances pertaining to RBI & FEMA.
4. Hands on experience of ODI transactions and compliances.
5. Hands on experience for forex transactions booking and hedging, including documentation requirements for compliances.
6. Hands on experience for managing credit ratings.
7. Hands on experience for Management MIS.
