Skills: # Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting AD, Exchange, Skype environments # Very good experience in mi grating and managing O365 Services (Mailbox & TEAMS Online) # Hands on experience in setting up Hybrid environment for O365 Migrations # Hands on experience with Cross forest tenant to tenant migrations # Good with any one 3rd party migration tool for O365 # Very good with email routing and tracking # Good with DLP, AntiSpam, Anti Malware products # Very good experience in configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting Monitoring various components of IT infrastructure # Hands-on experience in gene rating reports, performance monitoring, optimizing the Servers using SCOM or other monitoring tools # Very good experience in restoring AD, Exchange, Skype Servers # Strong VB and or PowerShell scripting related to managing server infrastructure # So lid understanding of IT components including Networking, Network Load Balancing, various Operating Systems, SAN NAS storage, x86 hardware, Single Sign-On solutions, Java .NET applications, and others. # Must have a solid understanding of the ITIL pr inciples, practices and processes in providing and managing the delivery of a large scale, enterprise-wide service. # Ability to work successfully with others in large and small teams.
