Minimal Tweaks is a young and growing creative digital agency in India that helps brands in growing digitally through marketing and design. Our inception lies in the entrepreneurial step taken by two creative engineers in 2020 and since then we have provided digital solutions to over 35 brands involving giants like Johnnie Walker, Myntra, Axis Bank, and Amazon Prime.Our mission is to provide high-quality digitally-driven marketing strategies that would help brands across the globe to connect with their audience and build a great brand positioning. We currently offer services across Digital Marketing, Website Development, Branding & Identity, and Performance Marketing. After things get back to normal you might need to relocate.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and define the most important social media KPIs and monitor them regularly.
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
• Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content – both written and visual – for the social media platforms.
• Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Create a monthly social media calendar with relevant special days, hashtags, and occasion-specific campaigns.
• Track and measure the performance of social media campaigns and contests.
• Study and analyze the insights to fine-tune the social media strategy for more reach and higher engagement.
• Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.
• Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use them to create content and improve overall performance.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to clients, covering various parameters including performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.

An ideal Tweaker for us would…

• Understand the responsibilities associated with the role and don’t think that the simple act of ‘having an Insta account’ qualifies you for it.
• Have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of managing social media, building online communities, and running ads on social media platforms.
• Be familiar with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite & Buffer
• Always stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of leading social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Like analyzing data, insights, and performance metrics to boost engagement and reach on social media.
