Experience:

• Minimum 1 Year in Technical Support job
• Software Development and Software Testing Expirence would be considered null.

Laungage- English communication skills (verbal and written) Mandatory

Working days range:

• Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
• Sunday to Friday (6 days working)

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am in winter season) and (5:30 pm to 2:30 am in summer and monsoon season)

Introduction

As a Remote Technical Support Associate, you will be part of a team that provides technical support to our clients based in Canada and the USA.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide remote technical support assistance to Modi Technologies Inc clients by directly contacting them.

We are looking for candidates with the following abilities,expertise and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Science, or related field, and/or equivalent experience.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Familiar with or experienced with Windows, Linux, and Mac systems
• Configuring client computer systems, mobile phones, and peripheral devices remotely. Includes Upgrading, Updating, installing, and configuring application software and Operating system.
• Call or email clients to Troubleshoot software, networking, or hardware issues and provide technical support to them.
• Ability to set up and configure windows server as well as Create and manage system permissions and user accounts in Active Directory.
• Knowledge of firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Microsoft Office 365, Ms Outlook, Ms Word, and Ms Excel knowledge is needed.
• Tracking and managing work records. Compiling job reports.
• Assessing customer situations, then applying common sense to manage those situations

Candidates with the following Certifications or Training would be preffered

1.MCSE

2.CCNA

Candidate should have

• Laptop and a good internet connection with wired headphones.

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹26,000.00 per month
