• Planning and executing HR events and engagement activities across all locations throughout the year.

• Develops HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action

• Liaise with other functional/departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.

• Responsible to handle complaints and grievance procedures.

• Assist accounts team in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

• Reviews the effectiveness of training and development programs and understands the gaps between current performance and

expected performance of the employees.

• Analyses attrition rate and provides inputs to control attrition.

• Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions.

• Ensures smooth on-boarding of the candidates through a structured induction program.

• Ensures that the policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes

• Will be a part of the interview panel and a key decision maker to ensure a successful selection process for the team.

EligibilityMBA(HR) from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges, willing to work from Hyderabad/Mumbai/Gurgaon.
