Monrow Shoes Hiring for E-commerce Warehouse Ops Manager at Bangalore Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the company’s e-commerce regular operations are efficient and productive.
• Create and manage a successful, cost-effective, and operationally consistent project environment.
• Develop a plan for the online store’s order management system, e-commerce platform, and fulfilment procedure.
• In charge of the facility’s general upkeep, which includes keeping accurate records, and operating and maintaining equipment and supplies for the facility’s safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop, evaluate, and roll out promotions and content for websites.
• Control all online activity with regard to driving traffic, making sales, converting customers, and conducting a/b testing and reporting.
• Create and implement an e-commerce plan to enhance the functionality of your website.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with supply chain management software Uniware
• IT literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data.
• Understanding of risk management in the context of the supply chain.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing or a similar field
• Strong planning skills.
• Good time management, working under pressure, maintaining accuracy and keeping to deadlines.
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• The ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team.
