Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for answering chats, emails, resolve the queries.
• Have aim to retain customers through excellent service and attention to detail.
• Skillfully handle queries at the first point of contact, aiming to solve customer’s need.
• Must be punctual and strict follower of daily & weekly reporting.
• Remain updated with the process, technology applications & Utilities.

OTHER INFO

• Training will be provided.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Probation period will be 6 months.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Qualification – Plus Two/Any Degree.
• Good communication skills required in English/Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheet is a must.

• Basic knowledge in Accounting, Photoshop & HTML is an added advantage.
• Must be a Good Organizer. Multitasking ability is must.
• Must be a self-starter.
