Key responsibilities:

· Intermediate/ Advanced excel and power point skills – should be able to work on fairly large amount of data independently.

· Excellent written / oral communication and interpersonal skills.

· Fairly comfortable with routine tasks and projects.

· Hands on experience in L&D operations ( in class scheduling, nomination tracking and attendance tracking).

· Ability to multitask.

· Attention to detail.

· Function specific knowledge of HR would be an added advantage.

Proficiency in using any Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Location would be Lower Parel
