* Experience : Total 14 yrs to 18 yrs (Candidate preferably from Construction Equipment Industry/ HeavyEngineering Industry)

* Education : Diploma/B.E. – Mechanical or Automobile

Job description

– Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.

– Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.

– Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.

– Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.

– Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

– Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements.

– Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

– Find areas within the account where can offer consultative upsell opportunities.

– Must have good exposure of Sales in the South Zone area

– Monitoring sales staff performance including performance review

– Maintaining sales quotas by managing a team that will meet or exceed target sales number

– Quarterly evaluating the Sales staff performance & sending feedback to Management

– Develop a five-year plan for company growth based on the team’s ability to bring in revenue.
