Job Description- Customer Relationship Executive
Job Location- Indore
To develop your personality and personal appearance
To work on achieving CSAT for your service center
Prepare and issue Known Bad Boards reports (KBB)
Prepare and issue IOS reports (Daily calls logged, If asked for)
Visual Mechanical Inspection (VMI) of all Apple products- should be able to make accurate diagnosis promptly and provide basic troubleshooting
Updated knowledge of all devices- should be aware of various features and setting options of all Apple products
Preparation of Detailed Service Reports
Prepare and issue daily parts Entry in Excel sheet (known good parts which are received)
Happy Calling to ensure customer satisfaction
Should be abreast with scope of work relating to GSX
Prepare and maintain all necessary paper work and documentation
Be abreast with the usage of CRM
Material inward and entering the details of each customer in the CRM
Assign jobs to the technicians via the CRM itself
Handing over service report to each customer
Respond to instructions from the technicians by updating status on CRM
Calling customers to update status of their instrument
Should have working knowledge of COMPTIA codes
Ensuring that the customer has been given the delivery report and an invoice while handing over their product
Ensuring that the product and all relevant paperwork is ready before the customer arrives for pick up
Encouraging customers to give their feedback. Managing a crowd during rush hours
Any other tasks as handed over by the reporting manager /management
