Hiring Location

Indore, Bhopal, Raipur and Nagpur

What you will do:
Be the first point of contact for our customers when they visit our service centers.

Put the customer at ease and offer timely attention.

Examine the device, document and diagnose the issue and provide the customer with possible solutions.

Liaise with the technicians to ensure prompt dispatch or repair so that the device can be handed over to the customer as per TAT.

Be part of a continuous learning exercise to keep yourself updated on the latest products and their troubleshooting and diagnostic processes.

Be adept in the use of the CRM and other online tools provided.

Seamlessly maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure superior customer satisfaction scores.
