About the job

Ideal candidate duties include managing end to end admin. & facilities role. The ideal candidate should have worked in similar roles for 4-5 years or more, enjoys taking on any task that comes their way, can work on multiple projects at once and has the people skills necessary to communicate with stakeholders and employees professionally

Responsibilities

Support the overall management of administration activities of the organization
Smooth running of the of administrative function and of the team
Vendor Management
Facility Management
Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety standards
Assisting the dept. in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
Coordinating day-to-day operations
Ensuring that company guidelines are followed
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Helping with monitoring and tracking operating costs, budgets and resources
Creating reports, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data
Assisting with procurement of inventory and supplies
Supporting the HOD as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
4-5 years in any industry
Sound knowledge of MS-office
Excellent communications, attention to detail, quick learner, motivated, can work under pressure
English, local language preferred
Knowledge of SAP added advantage
