Roles and Responsibilities:
SAP HCM India and middle east Payroll Architect with Implementation and Support Experience.

Customer centric skills, communication skills, analytical skills, result driven approach and collaborative skills. These skills are essential to essay the role of an. In addition, it’s important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

• Minimum of 10 years related experience, including systems/applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project management, implementation and support of the SAP Enterprise systems, specifically the SAP HCM along with Payroll India modules.
• SAP project and application support experience – primarily HCM along with ME and India Payroll module.
• Basic Understanding of HR Processes and configuration – Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Performance Management, Time and Payroll
• Should have independently performed Payroll activities in SAP HCM – like Regular and the off-cycle payroll run, Handling of Loans and Reimbursements, Generating of Statutory Reports from SAP.
• Should be very well aware of India payroll taxation and processes. Expected to be worked on the Detail India payroll configuration. Creation of wage types, the configuration of RAP nodes, Exemptions, Perquisites, loans with interest, investment data processes, form 16, etc.
• Should have worked on positive Time management – the configuration of TM00 schema, absence/leave types and quota configuration, generation of leave quotas, correction in the quota.
• Implementation of released notes and patches from regulation.
• Good exposure to various phases of ASAP methodology and documents involved in each phase.
• Schema/PCR configurations and Exposure to all Payroll topics
• Qatar Payroll Experience
• 2 Implementations experience on middle east payroll
• Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
• Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants
