We are currently seeking a WebApp QA to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Manage QA (Quality Assurance) professional staffs directly with their day-to-day activity not limited to allocating the work packets, monitoring the work packets, leave plans, training plans, goals, and associate development.
• Co-ordination with offshore manager and/or team leads for deliveries / issues for quality delivery.
• Review and Prioritize task items based on business requirement.
• Review and approve of Statement of Work (Estimation) and Architecture / Design / Approach documents.
• Status tracking on work packets – Defect fixes / Application Enhancements. Support Test result trend Monitoring and plan action if required.
• Co-ordinate between Client and QA professional staffs from offsite with their work schedule and defects tracking. Attends Client status meetings for the project to monitor the progress and control the issues/risks.
• Monitoring Test plan preparation and execution for each application.
• Preparing the weekly and monthly status reports and having weekly status meeting with senior management for the overall project testing progress.
