NuStar Technologies Looking For Senior Executive– Admin and Facilities at Hyderabad, Telangana, Full Time

• Good Knowledge in MIS, Office
• Should be local and verse with Hyd localities
• Should Know and able to handle the govt authorities
• Responsible for building maintenance repairs and services.
• Managing, scheduling and coordinating assigned real estate services.
• Comparing costs for required goods / services to achieve maximum value.
• Planning best allocation and utilization of space & resources for new projects.
• Prepare an overall budget for the Operations department incorporating operations, security and Engineering expenses after reviewing the annual/quarterly
• Sourcing of vendors, procuring of quality service/products, timely vendor bills payment. Liaisoning with Vendors and Agencies for signing effective corporate deals and contracts for AMCs & NDA.
• Responsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring the maintenance, repair, construction and administrative activities of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, general maintenance, Air Conditioning (HVAC) trades, Pest controlling and fire protection equipment’s.
• Actively pursue and achieve budget targets
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with client and statutory requirements
• Maintain relations with external agencies & Government bodies like Factory Inspector, Labor office, etc.
• Comparing costs for required goods / services to achieve maximum value.
• Telephone lines, mobile phones, logistics and courier services, procurement, storage and Issuance of stationery and compensation of employees
• Handle the entire spectrum of activities across providing facilities support and efficiently Handle contractors, housekeeping/pantry services, mail room operations, Record management.
• Identifying dependable and cost effective vendors for various services and maintaining schedule of alternate Vendors and vendor accounts, also responsible for supporting PD team for purchase order and contracts/agreements & AMC (comprehensive and non-comprehensive).
• Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts related to administration.
• Asset management.
• Canteen management, maintenance, Coordination with the Canteen committee and ensuring smooth functioning for the same.
• Implementing stringent security measures for the safety of High value assets of the company and conducting timely Security/ safety audits.

Able to manage Access control & Fire Drills and have experience of handling situations
