Nykaa Hiring for Associate Manager – Supply Chain Management at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

Role Objective:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions that support Supply Chain Management. This role will focus on ensuring data integrity, developing robust ETL pipelines, and delivering actionable insights through advanced multidimensional analysis and reporting. Success in this position requires strong collaboration across departments to understand business needs and resolve data-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

On a typical day, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement technical BI solutions to support supply chain decision-making
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for ad-hoc data extraction and reporting
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to pull data from various sources (Files, Redshift) into the data warehouse
• Build and maintain SSAS Multidimensional Cubes and SSRS reports
• Analyze data discrepancies, debug complex SQL logic, and provide production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SQL development, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Ability to interpret complex data flows and translate business requirements into technical solutions
