Job summary
We are looking for Support function Executive without face to face contact who is excited in doing work remotely. This is rotational shift basis job.

Job Responbilites
**Handling customers request, Questions and complaints.

Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.

Build a sustainable and mutually relationship with customers.

Patience is also sorely needed to handle repetitive customer support issues day after day.

Customer interaction should be clear and consistent across all channels.

You will also perform various administrative tasks using our software.

Checklist work procedures must be completed on daily basis as assigned.

This job would involve tracking bus services online, reporting and interacting with various bus
operators

Required Qualification

Candidates must be computer savvy and should have good communication skills in English ,Hindi.

Candidates should have own laptop and net connectivity and should also have minimum of power backup.

Candidate should have android Mobile phones
