Full Job Description
Support Workplace Digital Services, General Services tools, performing updates within the various tools, software and or databases while coordinating, communicating and training global internal teams to keep the tools accurate and valid.
Implement and or update standard changes within tools as needed. Provide support to global teams on these tools.
Administrative Services support for General Service’s global tools, applications and software.
Learning and performing system processes while maintaining database quality integrity as applied to General Services global tool such as the following :
Facility Management Ticketing System, Conference room booking tool ( e – facilities ISBA/ (Archibus) upcoming modules.
Space Management Building One, QlikView Portal, PIMS Mobile Device Tracking, and SMS Digitalization tools.
Support the GS Global Tools systems and users in day to day activities as followed:
Support eFacilites Conference rooms updates and availability of locations, rooms and equipmentSupport Facility Management Ticketing Tool both End User Teams and Staff (e -facilities ISBA/ (Archibus)
and additional modules coming Patrimoine (Heritage) Tipi migration
Support the Building One/ Space Management global Software and global End UsersProviding ongoing user training on tools for end user compliance on database updating as requiredSupport collection of data gathering and formatting for various toolsFollow best practices on data checking of QlikView to ensure accuracy of information across General Services QlikView modules.Second level Genergy HD support for tools and software as needed (tickets)Collect and organize user feedback, document and share best practices on GS toolsProvide backoffice support for Workplace Digital Services departmentSupport PIMS Mobile Device tracking administrationSupport SMS Digitalization toolsParticipate in providing standardized reporting templates for presentation to senior management.Provide ideas and suggestions on process and improvements

Desired skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience :Good multitasking, coordination, and communication skills (written and oral) English language.Computer literate: Microsoft applications / Numerous tools and industry related software.Advanced Excel experienceWillingness to learn quickly and expand knowledgeAbility to work both autonomously and in a global team environmentAbility to manage deadlines and work under pressure to dealing with multiple teams and tasks.Driven to achieve outstanding resultsAutoCAD experience is a plusProactive, self- motivated .Problem solving skills, with attention to detailAbility to see what needs done and do it… work without constant directionAbility to provide exemplary customer focused support in a fast paced environment
