Pentagons Digital Services Hiring for Account Manager at New Delhi Full Time

For candidates with 3 months or more experience in social/digital media management/ account handling

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
• Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
• Present and train on social media strategies to clients
• Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns
• Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
• Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
• Prepare and present reports on their progress
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
• Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.

• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Identifying industry trends.
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Qualifications:

* 3 months or more experience in social/digital media management.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (We are open to candidates who can prove themselves without it).
* Good communication skills (Both verbal and written).
* Understanding of various digital platforms.
* We require candidates which can present themselves as a good leader at the same time are team players, dedicated and hardworking.

Compensation:

Salary of ₹10,000-15,000 per month will be provided based on performance
