To deliver on this challenge you will be given the opportunity to dynamically balance strategic thinking with “hands-on” work. You are responsible for

• Build and deploy local recruitment marketing campaigns targeting the most critical talent segments in India, supporting the Talent Acquisition goals and KPIs
• Develop and maintain deep understanding and insights of the regional labor market, market trends & requirements and harness these to inform your marketing strategies and consistently educate and influence key internal customers and stakeholders
• Adapt the global employer brand strategy to the relevant markets in the region, with a focus on leveraging the latest social tools and technologies to create a highly engaging candidate journey for top talent that reflects our brand values and is measurable
• Develop recruitment marketing tactics, talent referral programs and propositions that meet the business objectives of your local stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with our global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) framework and the ‘glocal’ talent acquisition strategy
• Effectively manage and optimize Philips brand presence on the top local career channels and social communities, leveraging assets from and ensuring compliance with the local Brand, Communications & Digital team

We are part of the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Expertise for Philips and are passionate about identifying, attracting, and acquiring exceptional and diverse talent in order to support our purpose to make life better for people around the world. You will report to the Global Recruitment Marketing Lead and work closely with the local TA head and HR stakeholders to execute your ideas and plans successfully. You will also collaborate with the local Brand communications and Digital team to share resources and to align on brand identity and executional requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Degree in Marketing (Communications), Business, or a related field of study
• 8 – 12 years of experience in a marketing or brand communications-focused role; employer brand experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the India market, including cultural, social media and geographic nuances
• Experience with digital channels / social media marketing is a must; experience with mobile solutions preferred
• Proven ability to develop and implement creatively bold, “out of the box” ideas that are cost effective and measurable
• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence mutually beneficial outcomes: business partnering skills are key to the success of this role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
• A self-starter – someone who is independently motivated and inspires others with their positive attitude and energy
