Position: Business Head SaaS and Enterprise Business
Major Job Responsibilities:
– Responsible for complete Sales and Marketing for the products and services business, enabling it to grow multi-fold in the assigned geographies (India/Overseas)
– Build and execute a high-level, growth driven strategy to achieve profitable major market share. Execute strategy blueprints for market share growth.
– Actively pursue Account Based Marketing to channelize Enterprise Sales across products and services.
– Manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation, lead management and conversion objectives.
– Work directly with the management to chart out the long term vision and GTM plan
– Own the GTM plan and ensure marketing initiatives are in line with the GTM plan
– Responsible for Market Intelligence, Pricing, Account Management, Sales Planning and Budgeting
– Build strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers.
– Ensure all customer oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well for high Customer retention.
– Responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks.
– Work closely with Product Management and Technology teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and business objectives.
Required Skills:
– 10 to 15 years of experience in IT product/IT software/SaaS/Cloud sales selling to mid-size and enterprise customers
– Strong track record of selling value based software solutions in retail/ecommerce industry
– Exposure to retail and ecommerce verticals is a mandatory requirement
– Candidates with exposure to selling SaaS products will be given preference.
– Ability to deal with ambiguities and operate in a fast-changing environment
– Excellent analytical, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and communication skills
– Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
– Strong sales leadership with experience of managing dynamic and high performing sales team and having an ability to inspire and move cross-functional teams
