Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to kickstart your career in clinical research. Your role will focus on streamlining communication between the study team members, maintaining internal and external Clinical Trial systems and managing documents and study information.
You will:
Act as the first point of contact for investigational sites, vendors, and multi-functional project teams
Ensure accurate document management at all times
Update and maintain (automated) tracking systems and schedules
Coordinate various activities within clinical research projects
Organise meetings, prepare agendas and minutes
Qualifications
BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or a similar subject), or relevant training and experience
Administration experience is preferred
Previous exposure to Clinical Trials is beneficial, although not essential
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
