PVR Limited Hiring for Deputy General Manager-F&B at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time
Looking for someone with Leadership experience with experience overseeing multiple outlets within an upscale or luxury hotel or restaurant chain.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute plans to increase the scope of revenue generation capabilities by product up gradation and innovation.
- Budget Planning & Execution. To Manage F&B operations within budgeted guidelines
- Plan periodic food promotion and activity.
- Ensuring Highest Operational Standards
- Menu formulation in coordination with Head Culinary Development and Head Food & Beverage, Product and Sales Mix to be continuously monitored for keeping the menu relevant.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- To nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Consistency of ensuring adherence to SOPs, Measure on Audit Results
- Establish policies and procedures as per FSSAI & HACCP Standards.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively.
