Title – Manager / Senior Manager

Experience Required – 6 to 10 years

Location -Bangalore

Experience in Semiconductor Industry with a consulting experience with clients is a MUST to have

Key Responsibilities:

• -Work with client’s leadership, top decision makers and functional teams to drive strategic and operational initiatives, implement innovative solutions, measure results and ensure performance meets desired targets
• Drive business development activities – with both government sector clients and private sector clients
• Support sales & business development initiatives, work synergistically with other teams in the organization to recognize opportunities for the consulting team, qualify and nurture sale leads, prepared pitch presentations/documents and respond to tenders and RFPs
• Define solution approach to address client business issues and determine consulting team support needs to drive engagement delivery
• Responsible for end to end execution of the client engagement along with the team – from project concept development, identifying problem statement, project planning, project management, maintaining project profitability and project delivery
• Ensure healthy debtor status, timely payment follow and responsible for payment collection and reconciliation
• Take ownership of engagements, including client management, preparation of work plans, developing hypothesis, driving solution design & implementation, and facilitating client teams across levels to ensure alignment and timely decisions to deliver value
• Develop good understanding on the regulatory and compliance requirements of PwC
• Support / lead thought leadership and practice development initiatives
• Support / lead training and capability development for consulting team

Skills required:

• Deep sectoral knowledge and understanding of key trends (in the electronics & semiconductor industry)
• Deep understanding of functional processes, performance drivers & industry leading practices, etc.
• Good understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements
• Deep analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to define solution approach, drive design and implement solutions to execute engagements in a timely manner
• Strong communication (written and oral) skills
• Ability to develop long standing relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Ability to develop and mentor consultants
• Experience with digital technologies and process automation will be an added advantage

Education & Experience:

• MBA/ B.Tech in (electronics/ background in semiconductor sector) or similar degree from a premier school – preferable to have background in electronics during bachelors/ post graduation
• 6 – 10 years of experience with electronics, electrical and semiconductor companies in strategy & planning, operations, sourcing, supply chain, quality and regulatory management
• Prior consulting experience is good to have
• Experience in handling large transformational projects and large teams
