Product Planning: Utilize the ERP system to create precise Bills of Materials (BOM) ensuring flawless planning.
Work Allocation: Optimize production capacity by allocating tasks based on individual competencies.
Forecast Planning: Collaborate with sales and management for coordinated forecasting efforts.
Coordination and Workflow: Ensure smooth workflows by liaising with purchase, store, and production teams.
Inventory Management: Strengthen the supply chain by monitoring and controlling inventory levels.
Production Workflow: Oversee the workflow of one or multiple products, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
Resource Planning: Determine manpower, equipment, and raw material needs to meet production demands.
Operational Efficiency: Address delays by assigning workers and staff to specific planning operations.
Process Improvement: Innovate processes to enhance machine and manpower efficiency.
Procurement Planning: Develop material procurement plans and schedules for the purchasing team.
Reporting and Analysis: Compile timely performance reports for management review.
Gap Analysis: Identify performance gaps and areas for improvement between planned and actual outcomes.
Material Shortages: Proactively resolve raw material shortages to maintain uninterrupted production.
Continuous Improvement: Implement immediate solutions for material shortages and take preventive measures for the future.
Work Center Monitoring: Objective monitoring of work centers, initiating corrective action plans.
Shop Floor Coordination: Daily collaboration with shop floor management to resolve material-related issues.
