Racenergy Hiring for Customer Service ( PO and Sales Order) at Hyderābād Full Time

We are looking for people with MBA Finance Background

Min 3 years of experience related to PO handling and Sales order handling.

• Monitor order fulfillment process from customer order receipt until goods are ready to be shipped to customer
• Ensure blocks/issues in scope are removed/resolved/escalated within defined timeline SPOCs for stakeholders
• Provide enhancements or area of improvements to the customers
• Work closely with the team, provide suggestions of process optimization, governance KPI reporting

• Communication Skill – Fluent in verbal and written English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of Pharma products and lifecycle events
• Basic understanding of Inventory Management
• Basic understanding of SAP systems and navigation
• Basic understanding of transportation, warehousing & inventory distribution
• Basic understanding of performance KPIs
• Basic understanding of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of business processes & PDCA cycle

Awareness of GXP

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
