A proven background in Batteries sales with the confidence and ability to sell our superior range to given Area is what we seek in our ideal candidate. You would need to work with passion and commitment to reach to our extensive network of current dealers as well as forge new relationship with prospective customers for booming sales. Must be willing to travel.
Minimum Experience: 5 years with background in battery sales.
Roles and Responsibilities: –
· Expand the business network through appointment of new Distributors & Dealers
· Accountable for the sales & marketing and promotions of Batteries for across the region.
· Organize and control area sales staff to ensure that they are trained to meet all sales targets.
· Monitor the performance of sales staff and to take necessary actions to ensure that sales targets are met.
· Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology.
· Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position.
· Should be able to handle receiving, administrating, ordering, and rotation of stock.
· Devise sales strategy for short and long term objectives.
· Identifies and proposes potential Battery business by contacting prospects and explores opportunities.
· Using sales forecasting to ensure the sale & profitability of products; analyzing business developments & monitoring market trends.
· Building and maintaining healthy business relations with channel Partner, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters delivery & quality norms.
· Coordinating all ground level promotional activities with the marketing team for enhancing the image & visibility of the products.
· Co-ordination with C&F for new billing, timely dispatches and other administration activities.
. Must have knowledge of channel sales, channel management, channel development, distribution management, Distribution development.
. Must have experienced in batteries, consumer durable or electronics.
