Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2-5 years of experience in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Good Knowledge in MS office, Excel, Internet/Media
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., printer etc.)
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Support team members in handling guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome is achieved
- Problem-solving skills
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Keep updated records and files
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
