- Supervise daily administrative operations.
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
- Developed long-term business strategy by using customer feedback to identify necessary process improvements.
- Practice lean principles, which led to improvements in workflow and quality and waste reduction.
- Ensure effective delegation and supervision to get all the tasks done in stipulated time.
- To ensure documentation and following of all NABH and CAP standards.
- Ensure staff discipline and grooming as per company standards.
- Ensure good cooperation and regular exchange of information with all internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective facility management while coordinating with the departments of quality control, maintenance & housekeeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
