Your mission

As an Import Operations Coordinator, you will manage the logistic process at Razor for a defined set of brands / vendors.

Track all shipments to ensure all documentation is in order for a smooth customs release.

Coordinate with several stakeholders to collect and analyze documents for accuracy.

Fast learner when it comes to understanding and contextualizing the regulations set forth by U.S. Customs.

Upload invoices from vendors within two business days.

Execute other duties and projects as assigned.

Your profile

A minimum of 1+ years of experience in an operational role

are biased for action and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with proactive, hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving abilities

should be willing to adapt to new systems and processes

leverage strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders

are proficient in Excel and business fluent in English
