Be the Voice of the Customer at React for Product Development and Sales

Responsibilities

• Be in constant touch with consumers and potential consumers
• Logically segment and group personas based on analytical tests
• Design experiments that let us know more about the customer
• Execute on experiments – on the field, over the phone or the internet
• [Bonus] Perform basic consumer analytics based on the communication with the consumer

Requirements:

• You have some sort of performing or speaking experience (personal or professional)
• You like talking to people, understanding their problems, empathize while being courteous
• You have the confidence to stand up on the consumers behalf

Nice to have:

• Some experience representing a brand, a person or a cause
• Experience with simple data analytics
• Experience transcribing user feedback to actionable tasks

Non-negotiables

• Willingness to be on the field (typically visit consumers in their households to understand them better in their natural environment)
• Being nice to consumers, being firm with feedback
• Willingness to interact with customers on phone and in person

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
