Riti eye care hospital is recruiting Hospital Administrator to lead, manage and coordinate all non clinical processes and provide support to ensure a smoothly functioning hospital. Key responsibilities include meeting targets, managing teams and ensure patient satisfaction.Reporting toCEORoles & ResponsibilitiesPatient care· Manage daily operations and ensure smooth patient flow· Develop and implement strategies to increase new, referral, and follow up patients· Identify continuous improvement programs to provide more effective patient care· Set annual patient targets to support the growth of the facilityMarketing· Work with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services· Ensure agreed no of patient foot fall is achieved· Establish a good relationship with community leaders· Coordinate with the Community Outreach coordinators to conduct camps regularly· Generate a monthly marketing activity reportInsurance & TPA· Work on to empanelling the hospital with remaining Insurances & TPA companies· Increase the inpatient footfall up to 1 case per day in this category· Design & implement innovative marketing strategies to reach the insurance patients· Increase OPD foot fall up to 10 patient per dayNABH· Undergo through internal training program for NABH process if needed· Pursue the clinical and non-clinical team to comply with the NABH SOPs and guidelines· Develop training calendar and organize training program for all staff· Ensure all the requirements and lead the team during NABH auditCGHS & State Govt.
