We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as Finance Head.

As the Finance Head , he will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of our organization. He will provide strategic leadership, financial insight, and operational oversight to ensure the financial health and growth of the company.

Preferred Industry Exposure

10 + Years of experience in leadership roles in the large groups of automobile retail dealerships such as TATA, Ashok Leyland, Volvo-Eicher, Hyundai, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes-Benz etc. or branded retail chains such as Reliance Smart, D-Mart etc.

Preferred Exposure In HNI Family-Based Businesses

Candidate with a proven record of managing family-based businesses of HNIs in a professionally driven environment will be preferred.

He should be well-versed in turning around stressed assets, sale of strategic assets, restructuring of businesses, liaising with senior government officials, coordinating with India’s top consultants and lawyers, valuation and distribution of family business units, and more.
