Experience & Qualification:

Person should be MBA with relevant experience of 3 to 4 years in automobiles.

True Value Manager KRAs:

1.Sales and Revenue: The True Value Car Manager could be responsible for achieving the sales targets and increasing revenue by selling used cars at profitable prices. This includes managing the car inventory, pricing strategy, and negotiating with customers.

2. Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. This could include managing customer relations, handling feedback and reviews, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

3. Operational Efficiency: Streamlining operations and improving the efficiency of the car dealership by optimizing processes and procedures. This could include managing and training staff, implementing new technologies, and developing strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.

4. Marketing and Branding: Developing marketing strategies to promote the True Value brand and increase visibility among potential customers. This could include creating advertisements, participating in events, and developing partnerships with other businesses.

5. Compliance and Legal: Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for the car dealership. This could include maintaining proper documentation, following safety protocols, and adhering to industry standards.

6.Exchange claim settlements.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
