Job Description and Responsibilities

Supervisor role presents an exciting opportunity to take on leadership role at our company. We are a DTY manufacturing company operating in Surat Gujarat. The following are the day-to-day roles and responsibilities of the Supervisor :

• Manage production floor and factory operations on a daily basis
• Managing and delegating work to machine operators on a daily basis.
• Responsible of ensuring packing and stuffing of goods.
• Ensuring reports are maintained and submitted by the operators daily.
• Any other responsibility delegated by the management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years’ Experience as a supervisor in any textile manufacturing firm
• Good Communication Skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel Skills.
• Minimum Class 12 Pass

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mandvi, Mandvi Surat – 394110, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
