Sheena Biotech Private Limited is looking for Administrative manager for its Key office located in Hyderabad.Professionals or advanced students of Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar careers.Higher consideration for candidates with verified Past seeds company experience.Provides support for Seeds Sales teams, regarding administrative activities (budget tracking, order fulfilment and evaluation process) and daily operational implementation.Knowledge in handling management indicators for Budget and cost management.Process orders, invoices and credits using our internal computer systems and customer web-based portals.Respond to team queries by telephone and email in a professional, helpful and timely manner.Use our internal systems to generate and distribute documents for customers and other business areas as required.e.g. Delivery notes, billing and shipments data, inventory management spreadsheets, stock reports, etc.,Handle the daily incoming and outgoing post for the department.Ensure inventory, licensing data is up-to-date and documented as necessary.Liaise with other business areas to ensure a smooth experience for our sales teams, always providing feedback and escalating to the Business supervisor as necessary.Maintaining day-to-day accounts.Maintenance of books of accounts like Journals & Ledgers.General office and administration duties.Non-negotiable Requirements.Candidates with good knowledge on MS Excel & Tally will be preferred.English: intermediate to advanced level (required).Fluency in Hindi language is compulsoryFlexible in working on weekends/ holidays if required.Candidates ready for a commitment of 2+ years only apply.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceFlexible scheduleFood providedHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftMorning shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Shift allowanceYearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All Government mandated COVID precautions must be followed at the workplace.
