Responsibilities–

•  Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate person or department.
•  Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
•  Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate person.
•  Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
•  Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.
•  Maintains office supplies.
•  Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
•  Interact with clients, visitors, staff and the public.

Must be graduate and should have good communication skills.

Freshers can also apply.

Alternate Saturday off and sunday fixed off.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
